To secure a reservation, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the first month's rent is required, in accordance with guidelines from the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Branch. This deposit also serves as your damage deposit during your stay. The property is only considered reserved once we have received both the deposit and the signed Rental Agreement. All transactions are conducted in Canadian dollars.
All rental prices with West Coast Corporate Rentals cover both taxes and utilities as a part of the standard accommodation package, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our tenants. Additionally, we are proud to offer a transparent fee structure; tenants are not subjected to any administrative or booking fees. However, please be aware that booking any extra services will incur additional charges. (I.e. Extra Cleaning, Pet-Fee)
Yes, your deposit will be fully refunded by West Coast Corporate Rentals, provided the property is left in satisfactory condition, as determined by a post-tenancy inspection.
Deposits can be submitted directly to us via certified cheque, money order, or wire transfer. If you are in Canada, INTERAC Email Money Transfers provide a secure and convenient payment option.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a handling fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date may forfeit the deposit, unless we are able to rebook the property for the same period. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances that may necessitate cancellation.
We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate any requests to extend your stay. Extension of your rental period is subject to availability and may require a renegotiation of the rental rate. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to extend your stay, and we will work with you to make the necessary arrangements.
While we typically accommodate medium-term rentals, there is no strict maximum rental period. Longer-term rentals can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your specific needs, and we will work with you to determine the best arrangement.
The property will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. A weekly or bi-weekly cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee.
Occupancy is typically determined by the available sleeping arrangements, and all occupants must be listed on the Tenancy Agreement. Unlisted occupants may be subject to removal.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within all properties, including outdoor areas such as balconies and yards. Non-compliance may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and termination of the rental agreement. (This includes any type of vapes and recreational drugs)
Check-in usually occurs in the late afternoon, while check-out is typically at 11AM on the final day of your stay. Coordinating travel plans with us in advance ensures a smooth transition.
